Q + A

Can I bring a guest?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate any additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to "{Your Name} & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you.

Are kids invited?

Although we love your children, we have decided that the wedding and all related events be adults only. We want everyone to be able to let loose and have a great time and use this as a vacation for yourselves!

What is the dress code?

Bright and tropical is the name of the game. We kindly request that all women wear their brightest florals and men wear their finest Hawaiian shirts! Keep in mind the weather will most likely be very hot, and the ceremony will be outdoors on the rooftop boat deck, so dress accordingly!

When should we arrive?

We are arriving a few days prior for some quality time before the festivities, and are encouraging everyone to be in Orlando by Saturday night, May 2 to begin our celebrations!

Is there a hotel block?

We will not be doing a hotel room block as we feel there are too many rules for guests, regarding what kind of room, how many nights, etc. We personally will be staying at the Dolphin, and if you would like to join us there, the more the merrier!! However if another onsite hotel, or perhaps something offsite works better for you, we want to leave the decision on where to stay in your hands!! If you have any questions or need any information regarding hotels and accommodations, there will be another section for that under the "TRAVEL" tab!

When is the RSVP deadline?

April 3, 2026

Transportation

To and from airport: We prefer to use the Lyft app as there are always an abundance of rides available and pricing is very affordable. *If you are staying at the Dolphin (or any other Disney Resort) there will be free included transportation to anywhere you'd like to go on Disney property. -Buses: From the Dolphin there are frequent busses to Disney Springs (shopping & dining district), Animal Kingdom, and Magic Kingdom. -Boats: At the Dolphin, there is a ferry dock with boat transportation to Epcot and Hollywood Studios. -By foot: The Dolphin is within close walking distance to Epcot, and Hollywood Studios is accessible via a longer walk or the Skyliner nearby. *transportation options will vary at each resort, but all resorts offer some transportation to Disney Springs (where the wedding is located), whether it be boat or bus. Keep in mind if you choose to rent a vehicle yourself, there is a parking fee at the Disney Dolphin Resort of $34/night- $44/valet

What is the timeline of the day?

-Guests are encouraged to arrive early to the area, as Disney Springs can get very busy! Ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm and celebrations will extend until 8pm. We plan on enjoying the ambience of Disney Springs after the wedding- live music, shopping, restaurants, and fun drinks- with whoever would like to join us!

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?

Please indicate in the notes section of the RSVP what you need in terms of dietary accommodations and we will communicate as needed with the culinary team.

Any further questions/planning

For any further questions and possible group planning, we will be creating a facebook group page exclusively for wedding guests. Keep and eye out for an invite in the next few months!
